Medical Trauma Kits for First Responders

Civilians and soldiers have been dying of wounds received after intense shelling, untriggered explosives and victim-activated antipersonnel mines causing wounds that often result in massive bleeding resulting in death before victims can be transported to hospitals. 

In cooperation with the Ukrainian registered nonprofit, Soloma Cats, The Humanity Funds has delivered medical trauma kits to Eastern Ukraine enabling trained medics to administer immediate traumatic wound care, chest closures, and apply high quality tourniquets.

Soloma Cats runs training programs for users of the trauma medical kits and The Humanity Funds provides training materials to include training dummies.
